Elisa Bodini is dedicated head of HR, qualified and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
She joined Tax & Advise in 2012 and she is responsible of all aspects of human resources practices and processes. She also oversees a range of finance and administrative tasks and regularly interacts with our valued clients.
Elisa is reliable, knowledgeable and highly organised team player with excellent communication skills, team building and relationship management. Elisa provides a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high performance culture.

Cristina Alarcon
COMPANY SECRETARY
Cristina Alarcon is the Head of the Company Secretary department with lot of experience in the corporate sector. In 2015 Cristina joined Tax & Advise, where she assists with statutory, company secretarial, compliance matters related to United Kingdom and Ireland and international corporate services. Her mother tongue is Spanish and Cristina fluently speaks English and Italian.
Andrea Giovanelli
CONSULTANT
Andrea Giovanelli is Associate Business Consultant and Tax Consultant. He works on the Italian desk at Tax and Advise with over 5 years’ experience in international tax and accounting matters.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Dottor Commercialista with both Italian and English knowledge and experience.
In 2016 Andrea joined T&A, where he oversees a portfolio of private clients assisting on all aspects of UK, and international corporate taxation matters. Andrea speaks English Italian and French.
Cristina Rasco
CONSULTANT
Cristina Rasco is a Business Consultant and works on the Spanish desk at Tax and Advise.
Cristina’s principal role is to assist Spanish companies with their business and tax affairs when situated in the United Kingdom. She has a wealth of experience and has advised a vast range of clients; from individuals and small businesses through to large international corporations. Cristina has been offering business advice since 2013, has a degree in law from the University of Sevilla and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Giovanni Benedetti is Business Consultant and works on the Italian desk at Tax and Advise.
He has a degree in Law and Public Administration, and over 6 years experience in consultancy for multinational and private companies.
In 2019 joined T&A and he oversees a portfolio of clients, assisting them on all aspects of UK and International Corporate Taxation. Giovanni fluently speaks Italian and English.

Natalia Nieto is a Business Consultant and works on the Spanish desk at Tax and Advise.
With over 4 years’ experience managing clients, accounting and tax matters primarily for corporate clients.
She is a BA Business Management and Tourism studies graduate in Spain.
Having started her career at one of the big 4 professional services firms, in 2021 Natalia joined Tax and Advise as a member of the Spanish Team, where she oversees a portfolio of private clients assisting on all aspects of UK personal taxation and related international tax issues.
Her mother tongue is Spanish, and she also speaks fluent English.
